Directions & Parking:

Verdant is located at 1167 Basketweave Drive, Suite 104, inside Cirque Salon Studios at Six Mile Marketplace, also where Hobby Lobby and Harris Teeter are located. Cirque Studios are between Bricco Bracco and Sushi Taro. Enter between the two restaurants and have a seat on the benches in the waiting area. Please text 843.438.4221 to advise of your arrival, and then wait to be taken back. Restrooms are down the center hallway on the left. .

 

 

Arrival & Retail Pick-up:

To maintain a tranquil, private environment, visits are by appointment only. We ask that you refrain from arriving too early to avoid intruding on the solitude of others receiving treatment. If you need to drop by to pick up some retail, please call or email to arrange a specific time to do so to ensure others’ treatments are interruption-free.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy:

We wish for you to fall in love with taking care of yourself Mind. Body. Soul. Spirit. If you are not able to attend a scheduled appointment, please allow 24 hours notice weekdays or 72 hours notice Saturdays for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a 50% charge. Failure to arrive for your reservation will result in a 100% charge being levied against your payment method on file. This policy is strictly enforced. Please call 843.438.4221 between the hours of 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday to arrange any needed scheduling changes. If a last minute scheduling change arises for your Saturday appointment, please text us at 843.438.4221.

CUSTOMERS WITH VOUCHERS OR GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE PROHIBITED FROM SCHEDULING VIA ONLINE BOOKING

For a prepaid service, you must go through our spa scheduler to make an appointment. The spa scheduler can check appointment times for you between the hours of 9-6 Monday through Friday. Call 843.438.4221 or email verdant.scheduling@gmail.com with your appointment request. Failure to adhere to this procedure will result in charges equivalent to the regular price of your service being applied to your payment method on file, independent of if a prepaid voucher is provided.

For those scheduling without vouchers, bear in mind that our time is as valuable as yours is. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a weekday appointment. We require 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Saturday appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within the respective 24 or 72 hour window preceding your appointment and do not provide any prior notice of your absence, you will be charged the full price of your missed service. Please take care to ensure you schedule properly and note your appointment in your records, as we do not assume liability for your missed appointment.

The aforementioned scheduling, attendance policies and procedures are strictly enforced.
